"I had a power steering hose that was needing to be replaced in my new truck. The part was not available until 2 days after I was scheduled to leave back to work up north. The service department at Okanagan Dodge assured me that instead of waiting for the part, they would pull the part out of a new truck on the lot and install it into mine. I know this was not something they had to do, and it put one of their trucks down for a couple days. However, it did save me money and time!
